I spent all of last week in blissful 70 degree temperatures working on my first ever radio story. Chosen as one of 5 fellows, we got to kick off one of 2017's many npr Next Generation Radio programs in Phoenix, AZ. If you want to listen to the story I produced (slaved and lost sleep over, etc.) you can do so here.

If you want to just see what a week with a bunch of journalism fellows and mentors is like, take a look at the video I made below. I'm definitely planning to write an in-depth post about the adventures I had in pursuit of the story I chose, but for now, suffice it to say that this program was an incredible experience and I'm honored to have been a part of it.

xx,
K
