The Frick Collection

As the Manager of Marketing during the Frick’s reopening year, I utilized my knack for storytelling to develop content on behalf of the museum and library, promoting awareness of the institution and bolstering program and Collection attendance.

I also project managed, produced, wrote, and deployed targeted social media and centralized email marketing content on behalf of the entire institution, including the biweekly newsletter.

Welcome to the Frick!

One of my proudest moments was working with Steven Martin on a welcome video introducing the world to the new, reimagined Frick Collection.

From first draft to final post, I drove every stage of this reopening campaign video. I helped shape the script, was the liaison for the external video team, oversaw shoot days, and stayed hands-on through editing and post-production. When it was time to go public, I curated and cut the clips that landed in our social feeds and worked the video into email campaigns.

Frick at Your Fingertips

I was responsible for a biweekly newsletter that touched nearly every department in the institution, alongside all departmental email campaigns. Over five months, that work helped fuel enormous growth in membership — nearly tripling the amount of members, right as we were gearing up for the Frick’s major reopening.
